Newsletter Subscriber is a free Joomla! Plugin and Module..! It provides simple functionality. It is a form to subscribe to a newsletter (or whatever else you want). When the user clicks on the button, it sends an email (joomla email settings should be correct) to the recipient specified (by the administrator). To use it you add {*newsletter_subscriber*} (without the *s) into your article when in plugin or you just install it and use it as a module.. If you want, you can have both the module and the plugin..! You can name the two fields provided the way you want, although I only thought of them as Name and Email.
