The JCE (Joomla Content Editor) is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor for Joomla 1.5.x. The download includes the plugin and a component on which the configuration is done.
To install the plugin and install the component. Then under Site -> Configuration -> Default WYSIWYG Editor select JCE Editor.
Include : com_jce_151.zip, plg_jce_152.zip
