This module was created based on mootols java script lib effect and artviper script .
It has alot of configuration options and flexibility that can be configured from the backend parameter.
Flexible width and height of popup box
Pop Up can be set as dragable or non dragable
Cookie can be enabled and it's duration can be set, so you can set the pop up will be displayed only one time or everytime page reload
Can be set to be displayed onall browser or IE6 only
